We would only need to know the kind of beads, style, and design you would like us to create, and you can certainly arrange that with us by sending an email to sales@fansjewel.com. DO YOU HAVE ANY PHYSICAL STORE? Unfortunately, we do not have any physical stores, agents or outlets yet. It is very easy and safe to order our products online though! Just let us (sales@fansjewel.com) know if you need any assistance. HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF THE JEWELRY? At Fans Jewel, we pride ourselves on the quality of our materials and craftsmanship of our jewelry. With the correct care, our jewelry can be passed from one generation to the next. We do not advise our customers to go into the shower with the jewelry. If you wash your hands, please be careful with soap on the bracelet. It can chemically react to the silver / gold accessories. If you have a silver jewelry, you can clean that from time to time with a silver cleaning cloth. If you have a gold bracelet, you can clean the gold with a glasses cleaning cloth. For extended information, below we have outlined a few pointers to allow you to best care for your jewelries: #1 After wearing, wipe your jewelry with a soft cotton cloth. Neither stones or metals should be cleaned with cleaning materials. At most a damp cloth can be used on the stones. If rubbing the jewelry down with a cloth, avoid circular motion and use a straight motion. This is better for the surface of the metal.
Put your jewelry on last, after cosmetics, perfume, hairspray and other chemical substances that can be corrosive. #3 We recommend you don’t wear your jewelry whilst bathing, in bed or while taking part in sports activities. #4 When not wearing your bracelet store it separately from other jewelry in the box/pouch we provide and this should be away from natural sunlight and heat. HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPMENT TAKE? Creating your custom-made jewel takes 2-3 weeks if you have provided a size / length as well as a valid address, it is then prepared for shipping. We use Pos Laju or EMS as priority shipping, which has a delivery time between one and five business days for local, and five and fourteen business days for international. When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email or sms with the track and trace code. If you didn't receive a track and trace code, it is possible the email ended up in the spam folder.
